Root Cause Analysis

The purpose of this course is to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to participate in an effective incident Root Cause Analysis. This is on of the five leading edge "best practices" being promoted by the Sarnia-Lambton Safety Partnership to achieve the vision of zero injuries!
