| July 26, 2010: Six Month Challenge Test has been renamed to Six Month Safety Refresher. This new name better reflects the overall intention of this process. June will remain as the Six Month Challenge Test, but starting in September the new name will apply. |

8-hour course delivered by two IEC instructors We are now offering TWO BSO Plus classes per day plus a THIRD class if there is a demand. FEES: $50.00 plus HST will now apply (plus applicable records fee of $5.00 or $10.00) |

| POLICY FOR 2009: NO-SHOW FEES - Please be advise that as of January 1, 2009 No-Show Fees will apply to all participants that do not cancel (24 hours notice is appreciated and only applies to Safety Training courses NOT People Skills Development) prior to class. This No-Show Fee will no longer be transferable for that student for a future course date. A cancellation number will be quoted upon cancellation of the course and will need to be kept on file for your records. This policy will also be applied to Respirator Fit test no-shows. |
