Emergency Procedures
Sarnia Regional Labour/ Management Health and Safety Committee Emergency Procedures Resource Document

The law states:
Section 17 (1), (2) and (3) Regulations for Construction Projects It is noted in the regulations that the guideline entitled "Emergency Response Planning for Construction Projects, including Emergency Response Joint Operating Procedures, prepared by the Provincial Labour-Management Health and Safety Committee and available at CSAO, can be used for guidance in establishing emergency procedures for construction projects.

This Emergency Response Document, referenced above is available at the CSAO. Section 2.3 of this document addresses Emergency Resources.

As a constructor on a project, one must determine in advance, what people, equipment, facilities and materials are needed for emergency response in particular situations.The people supplying these resources must be made aware of their role in the plan.
